By accessing or using Fraydi at fraydi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Fraydi is a family coordination platform that helps families manage shared calendars, routines, tasks, and scheduling. The service is provided by SensForge Inc.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Fraydi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fraydi for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated scripts to access the service without permission

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Fraydi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Google Calendar Integration

Fraydi accesses your Google Calendar with your permission. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings. Revoking access will limit calendar functionality within Fraydi.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fraydi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SensForge Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fraydi.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fraydi at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using Fraydi at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fraydi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
